Last night I escaped all of my stress and deadlines for an hour and a half by heading to see Natalia Lafourcade perform at Slims. Ms. Lafourcade was a magical Mexican munchkin that kept me enthralled for her whole set. I’ve been a fan of hers since I heard En el 2000 on the soundtrack of my favorite Mexican movie Amarte Duele.
